Down to the wire...

OK, we've been told by basically EVERYONE involved that we are set to complete the purchase next Friday (7th March). Now this is great news, as we have tenants moving into our current flat the following week. However, this all essentially means nothing, as we are yet to exchange. So, can everyone please cross any spare limbs that we exchange this week. If we do, we should be fine. If we don't, there will be the two of us (plus one eyed cat) homeless. Well, not really, but it will be a major pain in the @rse.

Tenants, sorted.

We now have tenants sorted for our Tooting flat. Now if we can just get the exchange on the new place sorted, we'd almost be there. Why does everyone else always move on things so slowly?! Curse them. :-)

Anyone wanna rent a flat?

Shabby chic, eclectic minimalism I am told. It's really just a 2 bed flat in the curry capital of South London, Tooting. Fingers crossed, we find a tentant this month, so we can move into the new place end of February. More pics of the flat, at the link below.
